Frequently Asked Questions

1.  "I get a blank box or nothing at all where the video should be playing. What should I do?"

This happens if your browser does not support H.264 streaming video and/or the Flash plugin is not installed correctly. We strongly recommend modern browsers that support HTML5 video, as well as installing the Adobe Flash software. (We also stream UNITE classes in Apple QuickTime format, for legacy systems with QuickTime 7 Image to indiate a link to a web page outside the UNITE web site, which opens in a new window. installed.)
