Confirmation

• When you submit this form, UNITE staff receives your request via email and then processes it
• Please allow up to one business day for processing
• You will receive an email confirmation once your registration has been processed
  

Refunds

• Check the refund schedule before canceling courses; you are responsile for tuition and fees if you do no not cancel during the 100% refund period
• Financial Aid recipients need to be particularly careful with renrollment in order to maintain eligibility
