Streaming Video and Podcasts

UNITE offers live and asynchronous access to course lectures for a variety of courses.

Live Access: Streaming Video
For live lectures, UNITE streams video to your computer (proper, free software and a fast Internet connection is required). 

Asynchronous Access: Streaming Video Archives and Video Podcasts
Streaming Video archives also require a fast Internet connection while viewing. Or download Video Podcasts to view on your computer, iPad or other device.  Use our RSS feeds to automate the podcast download schedule.

The streaming video archives and podcasts are typically available about an hour after each course session and are available until the day of the final exam for each course.

This is designed to afford UNITE-enrolled students courses at any time and any place. Students can view course meetings live as streaming videos and contact the instructor live via phone. Access to streaming video archives, downloadable video and audio podcasts are typically available within an hour of the end of each class meeting, Access to streaming video archives and podcasts end with the final exam (and you need to delete any downloaded material from the semester, see Policies).

Viewing courses may require the installation of appropriate free client software on your computer. Please see the System Requirements section for information on the minimum specifications needed for viewing and where to obtain the free QuickTime software.
